You will need to contact the surgery first and register with SystmOne before you can use this service.
Due to the corona virus outbreak we have been advised to remove online appointment booking so that all appointments can be triaged prior to being made. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause but we have to ensure the safety of ALL our patients and staff. Thank you.
Appointments
Consultations are by appointment only. These can be made by telephone or in person during reception hours. We aim to offer you the first available appointment, but emergencies take priority.
When booking a routine GP appointment you have the right to request to see the GP of your preference (either Dr Rees Dr Lefroy or Dr Aw).
If you feel you need to see doctor urgently please mention this to the receptionist who will aim to offer you an emergency appointment on the same day.
Please remember to make one appointment per patient.
Telephone Consultations
The practice has a facility for telephone consultations at the end of morning surgery or the beginning of evening surgery - please ask our reception staff who will book an appropriate slot for you to speak to the doctor.
Practice Nurses
The practice encourages people to take an interest in their own health for disease prevention and management. Routine appointments can be booked for a range of clinics run by our nursing staff such as the quit smoking service etc . If your appointment is for a specialist service (e.g. ear syringe) please mention this when booking your appointment.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
